I did a major rewrite, making it easier to get moving with this app.
You can now enter a duration at the desired BPM to automatically arrive at
	    
the appropriate scrolling speed. The "speed" control is now a percentage
of that duration (1-1000%). Much of the rest is the same.

scrolling setlist! To load your last session, click the workshop button ➡
            
Well, let's get scroll-n. Click the Start/Stop button or hit the Spacebar.
Are we moving too fast? Hit the PgUp button, or the Speed << button.
            
By now, you've probably noticed the two metronomes. Both visual AND audio!
Use the checkboxes to toggle these on and off. Use the input to set the BPM.
